Hey Reader, It's Throwback Tuesday... AND it's Kevin's birthday! πππ» So when I was deciding which post to pull out of the archives today, this one felt especially appropriate: The Best Bars in Key West. Because really... If you were celebrating your birthday in Key West, where would you go? π Check out my guide to the Best Bars in Key West here:β This Is Actually a Hard Question...Because there are SO many different ways to celebrate in Key West. Want live music and a cold beer? Head somewhere like the Green Parrot. πΆ Want a classic Key West experience? Sloppy Joe's or Captain Tony's. Want to sit by the water and toast another trip around the sun? Schooner Wharf or Sunset Pier. π Want cocktails? General Horseplay. Want the night to get a little more... interesting? Well, there's always the Garden of Eden. π And then there's Irish Kevin's... Which seems particularly appropriate for obvious reasons. πΊ But Here's What I Really Want to Know...What would YOUR perfect Key West birthday look like? Because I'm not sure I'd want to spend the whole thing in one place. I think a proper Key West birthday calls for a little wandering. Start somewhere in the afternoon. Find some live music. Grab something good to eat. Toast the sunset. Then see where the night takes you. No complicated schedule. No reservations every hour. Just good drinks, good music, good people and Key West. That sounds like a pretty great birthday to me. π΄ So Today, Let's Raise a Glass to Kevin! πAnd I need your help settling something...
