Pizza night, oysters, and a Key West trivia legend 🍕🦪🌴

Hey Reader,

It’s been a busy week around here… but the fun kind of busy.

First things first — the kids gave us a Blackstone and a pizza oven for Christmas, and we finally got them set up. Let me tell you… Friday pizza night is officially a thing now. 🍕

We’re still experimenting with crusts, toppings, and figuring out how to get that perfect crispy bottom without turning it into charcoal. 😅
So if you have any tips for creating the perfect pizza crust, hit reply and share your wisdom.

And speaking of celebrations… Mr. Coffee turned the big 6 this week! 🐶
He’s still just as sweet and ornery as ever — equal parts cuddle bug and troublemaker.

Oh… and behind the scenes I’ve been busy too. Some of you in the book club shared ideas about swag, and let’s just say I’ve been tinkering with a few things. Nothing to reveal yet… but stay tuned. I think you’re going to like what’s coming.

🎥 This Week’s Live Chats

I was able to hop on live a couple times this week and we covered some fun topics:

📜 Monday: We talked all about Ponce de León and his connection to Florida and the Keys.

🦪 Tuesday: It was all about the best oysters in Key West.
Some incredible spots made the list… but now I want to hear from you.

Did your favorite oyster spot make it?

And if I missed a place you love — hit reply and tell me. I’m always happy to add another “research location” to the list.

🧠 Trivia Time!

Last week’s question was a crowd favorite again.

When did the Southernmost Buoy first appear?

And once again… everyone got it right. 👏
The buoy first showed up in 1983 and has been posing for photos ever since.

❓ This Week’s Trivia Question

Ready for a fun one?

“A Boy Named Sue” and “The Great Conch Train Robbery”?

Thanks for hanging out with me each week — whether we’re talking pizza ovens, oysters, or random bits of island history.

Cheers,
