π€ Why Lunch Might Be the Most Important Meal in Key West
|
Hey Reader, It's Throwback Tuesday, and today we're talking about one of my favorite Key West vacation strategies... Make lunch your big meal. π Hear me out. π Check out the full list of the best lunch spots in Key West hereβ When I'm in Key West, lunch is usually my biggest meal of the day. Why? Because it gives me the rest of the afternoon to wander around Old Town, explore a museum, stop for a Cuban coffee, shop a little, and work off some of those delicious calories. Then later? πΉ Happy hour π€ A few appetizers π Sunset π Perfect day No giant dinner reservation needed. No food coma at sunset. Just island time. What Makes a Great Key West Lunch? For me, it's one of three things: π Fresh seafood π₯ͺ A great sandwich π€ Something I can't easily get at home Bonus points if I can sit outside and people-watch while I eat. Honestly, some of my favorite Key West memories started with a long lunch and absolutely nowhere I needed to be afterward. Quick QuestionWhat's your vacation food strategy? π³ Big breakfast? π€ Big lunch? π½οΈ Save room for dinner? π Or "I'm on vacation and calories don't count"? Hit reply and let me know. I feel like this says a lot about a person. Until next Tuesday, stay hungry, stay sunny, and always keep it Key West-y. π΄ Cheers, MicheleβοΈπ |
